I enjoy cooking but more so, making sausage and jerky from game meats. The book has some good recipes for sausage and simple but precise smoking instructions. The book is written for the Smoke Shack smoker. There are also some meal recipes provided.
The book does not meet my specific needs entirely but I would buy it again.
