This is a great dvd. It is much more difficult than any other prenatal exercises I have seen. It focuses on strength training as well as flexibility ad balance. As a fist time mother, I am terrified of gaining too much weight. I feel confident that these exercises will keep me in good shape without overdoing it. The only negative is that equipment is needed, and it is not stated on the dvd. You will need light dumbells, an exercise ball, and a resistance band to complete all of the exercises.
