I've been looking all over for the song by D12 and Eminem, " my words a weapons". I heard it in 2000 and had a mixtape with it as a track. I lost the mixtape and my pc crashed. Now finally seven years later I find time to look for the track and there it was on this album. I bought the album just for that song. It's hot

Pros:
Great production and beats, a lot of diverse music

Cons:
Too much R&B, less tracks than previous "60 minutes of funk" releases

As Soon as I saw the first video, "Do You," off of this album, I knew I had to buy it because I love CD's put out by DJ's because they is such a diversity in their music. I don't know if I can say this is better or worse than any of the previous "60 Minutes of Funk" albums, but I can say it's different, in the fact that it is more like "The Tunnel" than any of the previous "60 minutes of Funk" CD's. 1. "Intro (skit)" (Dr. Dre)- Rating: N/A 2. "Do You" (DMX)- This was the first single off of this album, and possibly one of the best. It's a full length DMX song with tight lyrics and tight beats.

Pros:
Tight beats and production, more full songs, plus Nelly, DMX, and Ludacris

Cons:
More R&B than past albums, less tracks

With a number of mix tapes under his belt, the chart-topping record producer, and most sought after celebrity DJ, Funkmaster Flex, has a lot to live up to. Volumes I, II and III of "60 Minutes of Funk: The Mix Tape" provided listeners with a variety of old school hits and special mix tape freestyles. With his latest effort, "60 Minutes of Funk, Volume IV: The Mix Tape," hip-hop mastermind Funkmaster Flex boasts exclusive tracks by a handful of multi-platinum-selling artists and notable performances by lesser-known rappers. DMX gets the album started with "Do You," the first single released...

Pros:
You have some of today's best bringing killer tracks.

Cons:
R&B tracks like How would you like it (featuring Ginuwine)

Says Dr.Dre in the intro of this amazing album. This album is one of the best you'll find on the market today as far as DJs go. It is unbalanced in track quality. What I mean by that is that on Vol.4, a song is either very good or very bad. Very few tracks on this album are bad. A few examples I could give are How would you like it (featuring Ginuwine) and Did she say by Jagged Edge, Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat and Lil Bow Wow. Some who, on the opposite side, are excellent are Ante Up remix (featuring Busta Rhymes, M.O.P, Remy Martin and Tephlon) and Do you by DMX. The best track on this album...
