Filter Queen Majestic Canister Vacuum

I really like my vacum cleaner. It is spendy but worth the money. I will never have to buy another vaccon cleaner for the rest of my life. The quality is great. The canister holds a lot of dust before you changs the filter. It holds its suction power right up to the time of filter chnage. You cab reverse the air and have it blowing ouy. My husband usues this to blow dust out the computer and other items. It is great to freshen up the romm with the scents you put on the dust pad. It send the fragrance through the whole house.
The only thing I do mnot like is that the hose should be made stronger. When the electrical line running throught the hose gets damoged, you have to relplce the hose.
I have four sisters and they all own Filter Queens.

This canister vacumm has the test of time on it's side. We purchased our first used over 40 years ago and it's still going strong. We had the pleasure to donate dependable canister vacuums to some non profit groups and I choose FILTER QUEEN and e-bay sellers to give me a great prices.

I bought the Filter Queen Majestic Canister Vacuum because I had gotten a demonstration of a new one which was obnoxiously expensive but had the quality I had been looking for. This one I purchased on Ebay is used, but I bought it from a seller with good feedback and they also reconditioned them professionally, so it was reconditioned with a one year warranty at a great price. It also came with new attachments. It has turned out to have the quality I wanted, great suction, and an attachment for each of my cleaning needs. The filters can be found on Ebay easily. I researched the seller for background information as he had a store. I think I made a great deal.

I LOVE my Filter-Queen vacuum cleaner because it has such great suction. I have owned Many vacuum cleaners and have yet to find one that has as much suction power as a Filter queen. Filter Queen vacuumns also last forever! This is the perfect vacuum for Pet Owners as it cleans ALL the hair up in a single pass.

We have had a Filter Queen for over 20 years and have been very happy with it.
This one is naturally a much newer model with more bells and whistles. We have been using it for several weeks now and are thoroughly satisfied.
It was a pleasure doing business with the seller. The vacuum arrived in excellent condition and in less than a week. The only complaint that I might have is that there was no operating manual

This machine has excellent suction, but, it has been repaired several times, and I have put multiple power buttons on this canister, which I assume is a design flaw due to the fact that they are made of plastic, and, they break very easily.

The seller sent me a canister vacuum with 2 broken parts, I spent another 100 box reparing it. He contact me several time asking for a agreement but since today I not receives any parts neither money back. Is difficult buying used item in ebay, is a lotery

Product is great so far. Works like it is brand new. The suction power on this vaccum cleaner is unbelievable. I love it. It picks up pet hair that no other vaccum could.

Filter Queen is a fantastic vacuum - hands down! I had a new Princess (a Filter Queen model) for 20 years and the only reason I bought another vacuum is that the power head finally gave out. I had cared for the Princess myself - it had never been refurbished or repaired in all that time. I replaced it with a Riccar - bad mistake. Lousy, expensive vacuum. After trying to convince myself for months that this was a great vacuum, I finally had it. My 20 yr old Princess, even without the power head, picked up lint better than that brand new Riccar. The refurbished Filter Queen is great -- very easy to use & does an outstanding job! The only thing I would change is buying a new one ... if I could afford it. Definitely an outstanding product & a great buy.

I really like my Filter Queen vacuum. It's surprising how much dirt and hair it picks up. It does seem to clean better than my upright vacuum but I can't say that it's tons better. I would definitely not buy a brand new one because of the prices they charge. If you can find a used one on eBay then that's the way to go. The vacuum is a built very simply and I think it would last for a very long time. So you should be okay buying used.

We bought this Filter Queen Majestic Canister Vacuum because our existing Filter Queen is more than forty years old and I wanted it in my office. I would say that forty years of service with only one motor replacementsays it all. We love our Filter Queens!

This is one of the best vaccumn cleaners I have ever had. When I am finished with my floors I do not see any dust in the air. I have 4 dogs and 4 cats. This vac picks up everything. I not only have one but I have two. One for my upstairs and one for my basement. I just can not say enough about how much cleaner my house feels to me.

We love this type of vacuum. They are very sturdy, really suck up the dirt and easy to use. After owning a vacuum like this, we won't use anything else.

The Majestic works as was described by the seller. We received the vacuum in a timely manner without any damage to the item. My grandson wanted to buy this vacuum in hopes that he could gie me his old one.

I have bought quite a few things off EBAY and this was the most expensive, and sadly the most disappointing purchase I have made. The seller listed the item as in Great condition. I was comparing a few like items and opted to buy this one based off the seller’s high rating, the customer reviews of them being mostly favorable and the price.

My first note of worry began when it came to shipping. They waited until the last possible day they could to ship it and still meet their deadline in the listing. Since almost everyone I have purchased from sent out the item same day or next business day this raised a flag.

My second concern began when they began spamming my email. They sent multiple emails offering a warranty for the item I had not even received yet. Up went another flag. They are trying to sell me something outside the agreed purchase using the email I gave them to communicate with me only. The warranty should have been offered with the sale or not at all. And even then one email is sufficient I do not need 5 in less than a week.

When I got the item I unpacked it and inspected it. As they had listed in their auction there was a frayed (almost looked cut) wiring cover on the cord, which I easily reinforced with electrical tape. The vacuum works and picks up dirt as expected. However one of the two metal clamps that holds the vacuum onto the dirt chamber is sprung. Totally sprung. As in it does not clamp shut. This keeps the top from getting a solid seal. It will work if you are careful (or as I did put a piece of duct tape on it to hold it) but it is not in Good condition much less Great. An item in Great condition shows wear but is otherwise in serviceable shape.

I tried contacting the seller multiple times by email to request they address my problems. I was met with silence. The same seller that spammed my email could not be bothered to even check their email. After multiple attempts to get satisfaction I filed a negative review of their poor service and am left with a less than satisfactory product.

The vacuum they sent me would best be described as Poor to Fair shape. Had they not lied in their listing about its condition I would never have purchased it. Further, they attempted to sell a warranty outside of the original purchase by spamming my email (one I might add that would not be necessary in this case if the product worked as advertised). Finally their outright refusal to respond to a customers repeated requests for satisfaction or even acknowledgement leaves me with the poorest of opinions for this group. They are shady and underhanded from my experience and I would warn people in the strongest language to avoid purchasing from them in the future.

I bought my Filter Queen (a Vintage model) on an estate auction for only $20 after seeing a demo at our home. One of the best investments I have ever made. It works 100 times better then the bagged upright we used to own. Does a great job for picking up cat hair and cereal dropped by our kids. And still has great suction even when it is completely full. Highly recommend getting one for your home.

I bought a Filter Queen Majestic Canister Vacuum about a month ago. Filter Queen is a long standing vacuum manufacturer - 80 some years. I previously owned one 20 or so years ago, and was happy with it then. In between time, I used a built-in vacuum. It moves easily behind me when I am vacuuming. The suction is very good and I really enjoy that it has quiet operation. They last a long time. I purchased this one which is about 7 years old. It works great.

Pros: quiet, powerful suction, very compact
Cons: cord could be a bit longer

I would automatically buy a filter queen (not new though) these machines are excellent especially filtering out the dirt and not letting it exhaust back into the air. Emptying out the container is a breeze and very very easy, keep in mind that when emptying the container, empty container in a large garbage slowly. Machine is very quite, but yet powerful. Cord could be a bit longer and powerhead is very very compact and strong airflow.

I think that the vacuum is one of the better brands out there. It does have a good filter system and still Has a good amount of suction. It is very light weight and easy to manuver. It's really nice to have all the hand tools with you when you're moving about the house.

I bought the Filter Queen Majestic Canister Vacuum after seeing one demonstrated. For WAY less $$$ than the one I saw; was advertised for. It works great, great suction. But the one I bought is really LOUD!! And it had a one broken spot. Would like a quieter vacuum cleaner, but am pleased with how well it works.

It's what I wanted and ordered. I have a filter queen in my home. A great vacuum. I like it a lot and I'm writing like this as when I said I have a filter queen in my home, I was done, but apparently I had to write 100 characters, so this must be it. Again, I have one in my home & love it.

I love that these filters are so cheap compared to the ones filter queen company wants you to buy. it voids your warranty, but heck, its so worth it. they fit great and do the job just as good as the expensive ones. Great filters. I highly recommend them to any filter queen vacuum owner.
