Disney's Fantasia is a true marvel - beautiful and exciting to watch and brings back so many memories from childhood, Disneyland / Disneyworld, and the great Disney characters of old. Of course eBay has become the home for classic Disneyana and Disney DVDs - and Fantasia is an essentially addition to any DVD collection - children or not! Below are some great stats on Fantasia - if you're not already looking to buy, I'm sure you'll get a copy after reading this!
* FANTASIA is number 58 on the American Film Institute's list of America's 100 Greatest Movies.

Fantasia a huge bore!I do not understand what the big deal is around the movie Fantasia. I found it to be B-O-R-I-N-G. There are no words, only classical music and dark, dreary, spooky Mickey Mouse waving a wand. I bought this thinking it was some super cool movie for my 3 year old. He kept asking me when the movie was going to start.

I live in Alaska and love EBay. I've purchased and sold for three years. I've bought airplane and car parts as well as dishes, videos and birthday gifts for my family. I've sold several good but unneeded airplane parts. You often find on EBay stuff you thought you'd never find again.

must see classicForget about the newer "Fantasia 2000" video. This is the original classic that everyone must see. Packed into this film is beautiful music colorfully animated beyond your imagination. Get yours while you can still find them for sale!

Well I bid on this item paid twice an never got buyer saysd I never paid but he is wrong , rude an made slanderous comments I tried to do my best but I will not pay a 3rd time so he leaves me neg feedback an I did not know how to voice the same on him but I don't believe in tit for tat. I bought this believe it or not for my 16 yr old daughter who LOVED!! this classic when she was a little child. We had moved and well somehow it got lost .So one day I just decided to get on Ebay and surpsrise her . Needless to say , she about went through the roof lol she memorized every song then and it all came back to her when she played it again.She cried....... it was sweet. So thanks

I have been buying the classic Disney movies for my two children to collect.This is a great way to collet movies for little one's, considering the wear and tear that they go through. I do not feel like I am waisting money when I purchase from E bay. I get a great deal and save some money as well. The children love thier new movies. They get so exited when they see a "movie" shaped package in the mailbox! So far, I have gotten great used movies for considerably less money, rather than buying them new in a store. It is working out great so far. I would recommend buying from E bay to anyone. Especially things for children. They lose interest or change interests so often. In the long run you would be saving a bundle! Go Ebay!!!!!!!

Okay, if you're buying this for an artist or an adult fine, but if you're buying this for little ones, you better make sure you only put it on at nap time! Of course, that could be a good thing! LOL The graffics are awesome! And the colors and light and music are very artisticly done however, my little ones didn't like it one bit. If you're an avid collector of Disney movies than this one definitely needs to be in your collection. Just don't buy it for Johnny or Suzy's next birthday party!

I like the rapid responses from the seller. The delivery of the product was prompt and the seller kept me informed through email of transaction receipt and product delivery.I love the reaction of my child and the time she spends entertained for hours at a time enjoying this purchase. There are no dislikes within this transaction. My decision to buy came from my child. She was asking for a VHS that wasn't on the market and I searched for it until I found it and my search ended with an ebay purchase.

I watched this film again, for the fourth time in my life, just last night, although I have seen parts of it on many occasions. This time, there was a dimension to it that I had not previously appreciated, and that is (or was) it's historical vision. Love or hate Walt Disney, you have to admire his creativity! For an animated film of this nature to be produced in 1939 (It was released in 1940) is nothing short of amazing. PLOT OR LACK OF IT FANTASIA (the original) does not have a plot. Fantasia was the fourth feature length animated film ever made, following Disney's own Snow White and Pinocchio, and Fleischer Studio's Gulliver's Travels. It was also the second animated feature that year for Disney's busy cartoonists, as Pinocchio had been released in February of 1940. Snow White, Pinocchio, and Disney's next classic, Dumbo (1941) were all better than Fantasia. But Fantasia is generally the more highly regarded film today.
