I bought this solo album to hear more of Pirner's unique and subtle lyrics, I got maore than I bargained for. 'Names' is part alternative with a nice blend of jazz and percussion that mixes ever so slightly and leaves the listener wanting more by the end. Though without his band, Pirner proves that he is most rigament by himself whether with a guitar or microphone. A great buy and an even better listen to all who have grown up to contemporary 90's rock.
