EVER WANTED TO KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE A YOUNG AND UPCOMING HOLLYWOOD STAR?!? Or do you want to know what goes behind the scenes during hollywood stardom? Would you be interested in knowing about the life of their agent or Publicist? this is definitely the show for you.
This show is sort of the male version of "sex and the city" but only funnier and both males and females can watch this show! Amazing!
You can easily relate to one of the four main characters, were you "turtle, E? or DRAMA? Were you the big shot "vince of your crew?" This is by far the funniest show on HBO as well as most original. The script is well written and directed well too. Each episode explores different aspects and insights of stardom and hollywood royalty.
This show is produced by Mark Wahlberg, a big time star who knows what happens in hollywood. During the first season, a lot happens. Many great guest star appearances such as Mark Wahlberg himself. This DVD is filled with extra bonus material which makes it a must have for all HBO fans.

So that he'll never forget where he's from, actor-on-the-rise Vince Chase (Adrian Grenier) enlists the company and support of his childhood pals from Queens, NY, to join him on his path towards stardom. More than happy to oblige, Eric (Kevin Connolly), Turtle (Jerry Ferrara), and Johnny Drama (Kevin Dillon) eagerly move into Chase's L.A. mansion, where they enjoy endless parties in the company of beautiful women. With Hollywood as their playground, it doesn't take long for the entourage to discover that celebrity life is not all fun and games, especially as they contend with the high-pressure tactics of Vince's hilariously cutthroat agent, Ari (Jeremy Piven), and no-nonsense publicist, Shauna (Debi Mazar). Highlights of this HBO series include special quest appearances by real-life celebrities including Jessica Alba, Jimmy Kimmel, and Mark Wahlberg, who also executive produces the show.

What I disliked about the product was that the second DVD was bad. Try as we might, but we could not get the DVD to play all the way through. It would not play the last two episodes. Left us hanging.

I heard great things about this show so I rented season two and LOVED IT!! I had to see season one but my local Blockbuster did not carrie it so I bought it. GREAT SERIES! Wish I had HBO to see the new season.

Great ShowEntourage is an amazing show. It is an insider look of what life is like for all the pretty faces in hollywood, with a few characters thrown in. The show centers around Vincent Chase, a rising hollywood leading man, and his "entourage". There's Eric, the best friend and business savy pizza boy, Turtle, the chubby bronx pervert, and Johnny, Vince's half brother, and a middle age failed actor. I personally love watching their story unfold in the first season, but I would recommend any other season as well.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience buying products on-line.
I will not use E-bay or paypal for any other purchases.There should be a way to actually speak to someone when a buying problem exists.

If you havent seen the HBO hit Entourage your missing out on a good thing. I started watching this series half way thru season 1 and was hooked instantly. Luckily HBO ran the entire 1st season fo those of us who missed it. I own both the 1st and 2nd season and will buy the 3rd when available.
For those of you who have not seen this show, its about 4 friends who grew up in Queens NY, 2 of which are brothers Vinnie and Drama Chase, and freinds "E" and Turtle. All four live in the same home now in California where Vinnie has become a popular actor and his friends act as his management and gofer. There are alot of great cameos by some top stars as the season moves along such as Gary Busey, Jimmy Kimmel and many more.
Its more of a "Guy" series since it does contain alot of graphic language and some pretty nice looking hotties!
I suggest you buy Entourage and you to will be hooked!

Another home run for HBOThis is one of my favorite HBO series and I recommend it to everyone. The funny thing about this one is the main character is actually less likable than the supporting cast. Vince is definitely cute and cuddly, but he is pretty one-dimensional compared to his "entourage" of friends and family. Eric, Turtle and Drama and, of course, Ari Gold are much more interesting characters and make this show worth watching. I'm definitely addicted!

EXCELLENTLoved it. Best show on cable. These four guys crack me up. And Jeremy deserved the Emmy. Each character brings his/her own to the small screen. I love the adventures and all the different situations they get into. Are they gonna make an AquaMan? But only with Vince as Aquaman. I'd go see it. I am waiting for EII even through I can see it on cable, just knowing I can tune in on DVD makes it more enjoyable. I should end by saying the main reason I love this show is because these guys are so clueless but they make it work. It's thier friendship that ties it all together and they seem to survive their life on "hollywood".

Just what i thoughtIt took me a little while to jump onto the Entourage bandwagon, but over the summer I happened upon one or two episodes, and I loved them. I got hooked onto the show fairly quickly and have thouroughly enjoyed the season one episodes.
