Empire Records (2003, DVD)

The Empire Records DVD came fast and was in good condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This movie has an amazing soundtrack and is almost universally loved by teens everywhere. It also has strong appeal to a lower 20's crowd. It's just a great movie with very few weaknesses.

With a great cast and fun-filled plot, this movie shows you the reality of working at a music store. Awesome soundtrack, lots of fun with added drama, romance, and excitement, I would rate this movie 1,000 stars!!!

Great movie. Old School movie with actors before they were famous award winning actors of today. Funny and enjoyable. Great movie for the not so old kids that still grew up before the CD and records were still sold on vinyl. Must see for the young adults now in their twenties.

When I saw this movie for the first time I couldn't stop thinking of it, the plot is very funny, realist (For me) & I got inspiration for lots of things in my life.

This "remastered" version of Empire Records has 15 extra minutes of footage that is unnecessary, and unfortunately there is no way to play the old version. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who loves the classic Empire Records movie as much as I do.

I waited a loooooonnnngggg time to get & watch this movie solely based on it's cover graphics. Once I had it & watched it. I found a teen movie that was so much more than scantily clad Liv Tyler & Renee Zellweger. (Tho it was still the highlight of the movie IMO!!!) The characters were well done & likable! There were many, but they were easy to keep straight & identify with. Each had their own problems & agenda for being there. They all mixed well + intermixed with other characters to keep the movie flowing & interesting! The sound track was well thought out & not overpowering or annoying! & tho the premise was consistent with dozens of previous movies & TV shows, it had enough plot twists to keep the tired old adage of Teens rising up to save their favorite establishment, this time a record store, from making it the boring same old same old! I highly recommend this movie which is sure to be a teen classic!

awesome movie.....a must have like dazed and confused! great cast, very entertaining...cheesy but a classic movie needed in every collection!

I bought this iteam because I seen it at my friends house along time ago and said to myself "I have to find that movie somewhere"and remember seeing a banner that read...Whatever it is you can find it on ebay.So I decided to buy it off of ebay and from a amazing seller with great product!!!

I have been wanting to buy this movie for years. In the stores i have found it for no cheaper than $20.00, so i decided to look on ebay. Thank goodness i did, because i found it for an excellent price! It was brand new and i think i paid between 7-10 dollars for it. I was very glad, and i am very happy that i found it for such a great price.

I enjoyed this movie. It's not one of your run of the mill average stories. It's witty and funny and intersting. It shows how sometimes your work enviroment and coworkers can turn into a home and a family, and when something threatens that home and family, it shows how they can forgive one another and work towards the greater good, like family should. Damn the man! Save the Empire!

I LOVE this movie! Takes a group of people from teenage to 30ish, headbanger to brilliant young hopeful and everything in between. And shows that however perfect the other side may look, the grass is not always greener. Everyone has their own problems. Leaning on friends will always help. OH, and the music is great.

This is my all time favorite movie and I was especially pleased with the extra footage that I had not seen before. This movies had me constantly laughing and also made me realise what true friends were all about and I could relate with each of the characters in different ways. Great movie and great script and soundtrack, I love the "Sugar High" song and "Money".

The teeth that hold the dvd in the case were broken. The item did come very quickly though. Despite the slight damage to the dvd case, the transaction was smooth.

This is one of my all-time favorite movies. The characters are flawed and very different from each other, and it works to make an unpredictable and hilarious movie.
