I bought this SACD so that I could check out the capabilities of my new receiver. I have to admit, I am pretty impressed.
You can actually hear the timbre in the piano strings during 'Take Me to the Pilot'.
The fact that it is a hybrid only sweetens the deal. It is nice to be able to play the CD in other sources.
I can't say that the SACD sounds any better than DVD-audio or (my favorite) DTS Audio. But is is pretty impressive.
A nice title to have when you want to show off the capabilities of your home system.
