Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer (2007)

Stephenie Meyer redeems herself! With this third installment of the Twilight series, Meyer brought me back to the "biggest fan" club. By the end of this book, you will be craving more! Luckily we will all get are thirst quenched in the upcoming fourth book "Breaking Dawn". I highly recommend this read!

I started reading this series because my 13 year old daughter was and she asked if I would like to. I immediately became hooked. The books are wonderful for the young mind. They keep you interested without the sex that we try to shield our children from. And they are also interesting enough to keep the avid adult reader interested.

I received the book in excellent condition and on time! I had no problems with the order and I didn't have to worry about anything at all.

I bought this for my daughter, and she really liked it. She had read the other ones in the series and wanted to finish it. She enjoyed the book very well and waiting to see if she comes out with another in the series.

Just as before this book is as good as their counterpart if not better. The conflict between Edward and Jacob was extreme as they were always ready to kill each other but couldn’t for fear of hurting Bella, and as before I had felt myself portrayed in the role of Bella. These are some of the best written books I have ever read. This book as well as the others have captured my attention and kept it till the very end. This new version of Romeo and Juliet has a better ending than the original it has the happily ever after that was only wished for in the original. The fact that a future marriage was included made it all that much better. I was happy with Bella’s decision in the end even though it still meant a sacrifice. It was the perfect fairy tale played out in a modern time period. It opened the imagination to a new place and new experiences.

My daughter loves this book. She has read it several times. She is 12 years old. I also teach at a Junior High School and have seen probably 6-8 girls reading this book. I would recommend it for this age group.

Couldn't tell you a thing about the book, but my 14 yr old daughter is hook on them. And if she's reading, that's a good thing. So I'll give it an A+

Stephenie Meyer is the hottest writer among young adults and teen right now... We have book number three and the 4th is on order so that will complete the series... unless we are lucky enough to get a 5th???? Flawless transaction from start to finish and in perfect condition!

All in all, this book was much better than the second book in the series, being reminiscent in writing to the first book in the series, Twighlight.
The characters are written in a three dimensional format where you can feel empathy and understanding for their indecision and actions. You KNOW them. And, that my friends, makes all the difference!

this book is for my daughter, we have all the prequels of it and got it in a book store. this book however, is excellent in price and it was delivered and i don't need to pay taxes. win win situation. thanks.

This is the 3rd book in a series of 4. My son started reading the first one and he hates to read so when he finished it and told me how good it was I read it too. Twilight. After reading it I was hooked! The story is great. It has all of the emotions, happiness, sadness, anticipation all rolled up in one. Great book. All of my other kids are starting the series.

I bought the first book for my daughter (who NEVER reads), in hopes that it would hold her interest. She LOVED the series so much that she read all three books in 2 weeks! She insisted that I read them and to my suprise, I loved the series also. I LOVE JACOB BLACK......when you read the series, you will too!

Eclipse is an awesome sequel to Stephenie Meyer's previous books, Twilight and New Moon. Make sure you read the other two before you pick this one up.

Eclipse continues to follow Bella Swan and her romantic relationship with her Vampire boyfriend. Things get rather complicated in this one when Bella's love for Edward conflicts with her friendship with Jacob Black. Situations are even more complex due to the fact that Jacob and his friends are werewolves and made to destroy vampires.

Bella must deal with balancing the many relationships in her life, while contemplating her decision to become immortal, like Edward. All the while, Bella is in constant danger from Victoria, an evil vampire set on killing Bella to avenge the death of her partner.

Although not as well written as Twilight and lacking some of the emotional punch of New Moon, Eclipse still manages to grab your attention and hold it till the end. Full of excitement, drama, suspense, and of course romance, fans of the Twilight saga won't be disappointed and will be eager for more!

I recently purchased the third bokk in Stephenie Meyers Twilight Series: Eclipse. This ficticious novel was amazing. It was gripping, scary and one of the best books that i have ever read. I highly recommend it for young adults.

Read the first two of the series, and had to have the 3rd book. Iam now anxiously waiting for the next book in this wonderful series! Fascinating subject, werewolves and vampires. Writing done in such a fast-paced way, that it's hard to put it down. hate to saee the end of each book, as then I HAVE to have the next one. Recommended read for everyone!

One of the most gripping books that I have ever read. A beautiful love story, food for your heart. Can't stop reading them again and again. Every book of the series is incredible, cannot pick a favourite and Eclipse would have been a wonderful end to the trilogy but the 4th book is coming out in Aug 2008 and I am confident it will be just as amazing as the other 3.

Highly recommend to anyone who has a romantic heart...

This is the third book in the trilogy and I am told a fourth is being written, as well as a movie in the works! If you enjoy books dealing with vampires, werewolves and humans all thrown together in a love triangle, this is for you!!! The writing is excellent and fluid, once you get started it is very hard to put this book down (any of the three really).

I liked it a lot better than the second book. Bella still drives me crazy, but it is well written and a fast read. I had to have it after I read the first two! Eclipse did not disappoint.

A great edition to Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good love triangle tangled with danger, vampires and werewolves.
