En Vogue's best all around album

En Vogue returns after their wildly successful Funky Divas with a beautifully, well rounded album called EV3. Of course, all En Vogue albums are something to behold but in my opinion this is one of the best ones to listen to all the way through. Every track is musically interesting and En Vogue still supplies the attitude, finesse and vocal ability which made them a staples of the nineties. During the recording of this album, Dawn Robinson left the group to pursue a solo career and eventually drifted into the exciting Lucy Pearl. Her vocals are still included on the hit "Don't Let Go". EV3 Proves they are great even as a trio.

Pros: Vocals and production don't grow sloppy in Dawn's absence.
Cons: A few weak spots.
