The seller worked with me to have the item shipped sooner than originally agreed. The item was in less than good shape, but still acceptable. Overall this was an excellent transaction!!!!!
Well, this was a required book for my DSP class. I've tried to supplement the isntruction by reading the book and following the examples. This has not helped me in the slightest. The examples in the book are difficult to follow and leave many simple questions unanswered. The explanations are entirely theoretical, which is fine, but I would like to see a more application-based example following the theoretical explanation. If it wasn't required and we didn't have to do problems out of it, I would probably return the book. But, as is the case with most textbooks, we're at the mercy of our professors. I haven't taken any other DSP classes, so I can't really comment on the effectiveness of this book vs. another. I have to say though, probabilistic signals and systems analysis was better at giving me a foundation to DSP than this book is so far! Good luck!
