I bought this tape because I am in college and have very little time to exercise. The ten minutes was just the right amount to squeeze in every other day. I have always been very weak and so the difficulty level was good and challenging for me. I started out with using soup cans and am now up to 1-3 lb weights. The only problem I had was I have a very weak knee from an injury a year ago and she has you do a lot of squatting and such, but with my knee bandaged up it's usually fine. I love her enthusiasm and I really do see great results. The tape is really good with the triceps, something I think everybody needs work on. I would definitely reccomend this tape for people who are beginners and have little time.
