Bought this item as it was descrbed as working and in good viewable condition, however the item is inoperable and therefore cannot be reviewed in favorable terms.

Well, I decided to buy this monitor for 1- cause it was a Dell, which makes great computer products. 2 cause it was a great price and even looked sharp. Once I received it and hooked it up I was so pleased with my choice. This Dell UltraSharp 17" monitor has been the very best upgrade that I have ever given my desktop. It has brilliant colors very clear picture and is so easy to look at, plus it doesn't take up much room at all. I rate this system an A+++ and recommend it to anyone looking for a great monitor.

It Is a Great Monitor, it has a small crack on the fame and some small scratches on the surface,i e-mailed them and got no responce but then the person who account e-mailed me back and said he had his brother use his account and sold this with out his knowing about it. He also made a very fair settlement towards the sale. I think he did a very good and honerable thing to offer to make things right. We Love our new monitor,we had been shopping around for one and when we saw this one on E-bay ,we went for it and was lucky enough to win it. it is like Brand new,
at a 3rd of the price. just another good deal bought at E-bay.

Went with the Dell brand over some of the unknowns that were available at the time. Picture quality and color very good.

One nice feature this model has is the adjustable height to alleviate neck strain. The only negative I can say about this is it has only two options - all the way up or all the way down. Being able to set in between the extremes would be a plus.

Unit also has ability to rotate screen 90 degrees for narrower, taller orientation. Also includes 2 USB connections in panel for convenient hookup of accessories.

All in all, a good monitor I would recommend. I liked it so much, I even purchased a second just like it.

Great Monitor, This was used to replace a 15 inch Dell monitor. I have another computer with the same monitor. It had great screen and Usb ports at your finger tips. A good buy.

This product was as reported. It works perfectly. I have no problems with it's performance. I wouold suggest It's purchase to anyone looking at possible purchase.

I bought the Dell Ultra Sharp 1704FPT because of it's dual input features and durability. I had my first one almost 2 yaers ago, and haven't encountered any problem with it. Now I can do KVM on my system with this monitor.
