What I like about the printer is that it is in great condition.It also works great.I also like the color of the printer.It's black and white.There is nothing I don't like about this printer.

I BOUGHT THIS ITEM FOR THE PRICE. BUT THE CHEAP PRICE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. OK TO PRINT LETTERS BUT NOT GOO FOR COLOR DOCUMENTS.

Have other more expensive printer but no superior performance!

I paid for the item (printer) immediately via Paypal, but never received it. I kept sending messages to the seller regarding the non-shipment, but she/he never responded to my queries. Then after two weeks lapsed I filed a dispute with Paypal and finally got my money back. It is obvious that this person advertises items for sell at very low "buy it now" prices, but never intend to ship them.

It was really easy to set up on my lap-top. I bought it so that we would have a printer to take along with us on business trips. It's compact and light, so it will do the job nicely.

I decided to purchase this product because I had one identical to it and misplaced the installation disk and power cord. I purchased it so that I can replace the items needed.

I was looking for an easy manageable printer and came across the Dell 720 inkjet printer. After winning the auction and paying for the printer I soon received it at my home. It came with a usb cord which was awesome because in the description it stated it didn't! One of the things I like about it is it matches my laptop in color! Besides that it prints everything I need perfectly! Ink cartridges though seem to be pricey. The most affordable place I find ink cartridges is on Ebay. It's half the price than in stores. The printer is very spacious in size, it's not bulky or too wide. I do recommend this printer to anyone who wants to save space and doesn't need to print every day.

I purchased this printer to replace a Lexmark 2550 that the ink tray had broke.
I went with the Dell 720 because of Dell's quality, features, and price. I would like to recomend the Dell 720 to others.

i wrote but did not hear back. the catridges were dry. had to buy new cartridges before i could use printer

this is a nice printer .compact ,ideal for traveling.very quiet.only thing is ink cartridges are a little high but the prints are of good quality.

The Dell 720 is a very good little printer with a small footprint. The ink capacity of the cartridges is not very good but refilling is fairly easy. The 720 I recieved was very well packed and worked very well upon reciept. The blue was a bit streaky on test patterns but improved with cleaning.

It works well with my hobby laptop and business printing. I do printing of invoices,aviation related items,and Quick books printing from my pickup truck as I have a transformer that I use and the printer works just fine.

I never tried it so can't say what I liked about it. What I didn't like bout it was when I bought it I then found out that the ink could only be bought through dell and they were really high on their ink so ended up being no use to me and had to buy another one so ended up being out of that money that it cost to get it plus more to buy a new one. I am not happy with this at all.

I have purchased my last "used" printer!

It came with no driver disk.

The cartriges were empty!

The drive motor was VERY noisy. It was VERY used.

The wheels that pickup paper - would not!

We spent more than purchase price to get it to work ..... badly!

However, we did have fast shipping after we bought it!

Dell may make a good computer, but this printer was junk!

i get my ink on ebay so i dont over pay for it this printer works great i love dell products i needed a small printer to go with my laptops and this one i got new on ebay and i am very happy with it

it is a very good printer but the co i got it from is excellent if all co ware like thim life wold be much better

I did not buy it, I thought I could pay by pay pal. I wrote to the seller 3 times to let him know that I pay by pay pal.now I have a strike against me

Here's a good thing to know: you don't have to order the ink cartridges direct from dell. This model takes the Lexmark #16 ink cartridge (which is much easier to get your hands on) and works just great!

I needed a printer that was light weight to travel with my laptop. It is an average printer. Very light weight, but the print is not all that good and the cartridges are very expensive to buy...so I probably will not use it that much.

Product is okay- but the ink is sooooo expensive. And the printer burns through it. We bought it to replace another exact printer- because we had 4 ink cartridges left and it was cheaper to buy a new printer than get more ink... But once these cartridges are spent- we will definately pick up something else. I love Dell- but not their ink prices!

Also- printer does okay with photos- but you can only print a few before you burn out a cartridge. It's cheaper to buy your photos online.

My printer was broken and I needed to replace it so decided to go on line to find one. It is a brand new Dell printer. I love it! Its simple and does what I want it to do. My computer system is Dell so this was perfect.

The purchase was smooth, item was packed well, but - my fault - no ink.
The inkjets are expensive compared to the item itself.
As far as printers go, it is so lite (and somewhat flimsy) that I think it should be portable.
Also cannot keep paper in machine as paper sticks up, so it bends over on standing only a short time. The machine, cannot, then print.
Care should be taken to make sure inkjet cartrige color is the same as color where inkjet is placed. Both color and black ink are same size and shape, but tops are different colors.
Overall, OK, prints.

For the price, you can't beat this "Little Guy". Color pages are slow and average at best, Don't even try a photo, but for every day black and white work it is fast enough and does a decent job.
