Hate everything about it. No longer supported by customer service. all datacard imagecard printers are now at least 14 years old. Ink cartridges or ribbons are no longer manufactured.. its a nightmare to try and find the cables for it. Just a bad purchase, would recommend to everyone to stay away from this printer..
