Small prints must be large enough to read
I believe that your posting requirement should be improved; especially the small print must be readable.
In early April, I wanted to buy a book called Crafting and Executing Strategy, The Quest for Competitive Advantage: Concepts and Cases, 15th Edition. In the beginning, I checked carefully the book in several sellers; it seemed that the book they carried were the same. Later, I found a seller had better price, less total cost; this seller posted the book that looked the same that I wanted to buy because the image posted looks the same as others and they was vague and very difficult to identify the small printing words. Thus, I bought the book.
However, when I compared my book with my classmates about two weeks later, because homework was given, I found the book was different from the book for the class. The book I got was: Crafting and Executing Strategy, The Quest for Competitive Advantage: Text and Reading, 15th Edition. The one that the class required was “Concepts and Cases.” Therefore, I had to buy the book again. I did not ask for return because I was over two weeks already. The problem was not only the money that doubled my payment but also the time that I spent more on it and I had to find extra time to scan the material to catch up the class.
Now, the class is over, and I have the time to talk to you about this. Thanks for future improvement.
Best wishes,
S Yang
