If you have to ask for a description & publisher then you don't need it. It is used for medical coding to bill medical claims to insurance companies and is published by the American Medical Association.

i would never consider an item that has no description,if it is a book, needs a publisher or author or / and total description of the product .

Had to offset the othersOk - CPT is a professional book - as reviewer 1 said, If you have to ask you probably don't need it.
That said, as a professional who works extensively with the CPT codeset - this is one of the better versions/editions of it I have seen. I had to buy this version perforce for the coding exam I took - now I'm moving on to 2007 and will get this particular edition.
Ebay - the fact that someone had trouble with someone who sold this book shouldn't reflect on the book itself. That's pretty odd, don't you think? Because if I had trouble with, say, B & N, there would be many thousands of books that would get a tarnished reputation.
As for - "I would never buy a book where author wasn't listed??" Wow.

I did not even receive a response back from the seller stating anything. This was my first and last time using ebay again. This site will not be recommended from me to anyone this was not a very good experience for me at all. I feel like my money was taken from me and I had to go an extra mile to retrieve my money. Why take my money and I have no merchandise. I have started to order from amazon.com may ebay could get advise from them about customer service and handling of merchandise solutions instead of waiting a whole month and still not getting your merchandise.
