One of the most interesting books on marketing I've come across. To me - it reads as a novel. Even if you are not taking the course, you may want to read the book just for the fun of it. That is if you are also interested in psychology. It shows how we the people are being manipulated and studied as consumers – fascinating; with multiple visual up-to-date examples.

I bad to buy this book for a class but it was actually interesting and enjoyed reading it. I read parts that weren't even required! There are lots of pictures and the content applies to real stuff that you can relate to.

I bought this book because i needed it for school. The sellers discription says that it is a hard cover... and it wasn't.. Its okay though it was sent to me very fast.

The Consumer Behavior book is a required text for my Consumer Behavior class. Although my classes exams are lecture based, this text is a great supplement to class notes.

The book arrived promptly and was the correct text. What more can I say. I needed a book for school and found it at the cheapest price available without substituting for quality.

This was the fastest ever I've received a text book. It was in perfect conditiion I will buy from this person again.

I made the mistake of ordering the international edition because it was supposed to be "exactly the same." Of course, when I recieved it I realized that what I needed from the book was actually missing. The case studies at the end of each chapter is what I needed and that was exactly what was left out. I was only refuded half of the money. Overall, I am upset over the false advertising and the hassle of having to find the assignments elsewhere.

The sellar has not contacted me after several e-mails that I have sent. I am very upset with the service. I purchased this item through half.com and later half.com canceled the sellers membership, they did not contact me on any lossesnor did ebay follow through and refund my money. And ebay excepted half.com and the sellers in good faith that there would be good business. It is pretty sad whem a college student is trying to get by and they get pushed over!!! And I have also talked to many others that go to my college and they have also been having major problems with the half.com site.
