Chicco Caddy - Red Umbrella Stroller

I love the Chicco strollers. I already own a full-size Chicco stroller, but my son is nearing 2 now and doesn't always want to sit in it, so I end up trying to maneuver a large stroller and wrangle a toddler. This umbrella stroller is perfect. It is very easy to steer, and the handles are at just the right height. I do well pushing it, and I am around 5', and it is good for my husband, who is around 6' tall. The locking mechanism is hard to accidentally hit, but easy to use and this stroller folds down and locks smoothly and quickly. The belt harness has a cover over the locks for both security and comfort. It is a good out-of-sight-out-of-mind feature for my toddler who likes to try to undo things. The reclining back is a nice feature for an umbrella stroller. You unzip both sides and it reclines about 2". Not enough for a nap, but good for comfort. I also love that it has a carry strap, so when my son absolutely doesn't want to ride, I just fold it up and toss it over my shoulder. The seat is also nicely padded, not just a sling of fabric like most other umbrella strollers. I don't worry about my son's posture or comfort in this stroller. It supports him very well. There is also a basket underneath to carry library books or diapers and a very nice sun shade. Overall, the Chiccos are a little more expensive, but are very much worth the investment for comfort, solid construction and well-thought-out features.
