Casino Royale (2007, DVD)

Daniel Criag was ok as James Bond, but I think it will take a couple for him to be accepted by fans. This one isn't even close to being one of the best.

Movie was in perfect condition and got here quick! The movie came with all of the original packaging, had both disks and the cover sleeves. Not one scratch, and there is no way of knowing that it had been used!

The DVD set looks brand new to my eyes. In fact, I've gotten worse brand new items from commercial stores. Thanks, Michael!

This is a great movie for anyone who is a 007/ James Bond fan.

I got it for my husband he loves movies and the price was right.

The Casino Royale DVD was being sold at a great price. This completes my DVD collection of James Bond.

This is by far the best 007 movie made to date. This film is full of action, but it is not just bad guys shooting and missing, and Bond hitting everthing he aims at. The special effects are much better than ever before. We also see a personal side to James Bond that has never been revealed before.

Movie was in good condition, no glitches, runs good! Movie CD was intact and in its original cover case. I would recommend this seller for other products. The movie had lots of action packed scenes.

Being the biggest bond fan in my state, Casino Royale is an excellent spy thriller, but very vicious in content, which runs contrary to the escapist fun we mostly expect in a James Bond movie, and therefore, for some this will take a little getting used to.

I love the James Bond movies. When I first heard of the new actor I was very nervous about how the movie would be done. However, I love this new character!

He oozes Bond. Smart, quick, action packed, and a dark humour. The first half of the movie was incredible. The action hero never quit mentality.

When it came to the card game/poker match section I found it a bit boring. However, the confidence of the new Bond was excellent!

The little lines that are thrown out at the correct time are classic.

James Bond is the BOMB..I have seen everyone of the movies at least 3 or 4 times.
My favorite James Bond was Sean Connery, Pierce Bronson came close, Roger Moore was prety good as well, but I am well satisfied with the new James Bond.
Daniel Craig did a bang up job, I thought.
The movie does give some insight as to how James Bond evolved, and got '00' status.
As usual, the scenery was spectacular, the women beautiful, and the 'chase scene' was exciting.
I think we have found a new James Bond and look forward to seeing Him return.
If I was a paid movie critic, I would definitely give this movie a 'Thumbs Up'.

Love the movie. Daniel Craig is an excellent Bond, try Layer Cake and you will see why he was an excellent choice. Gritty and very interesting. Everything about this movie bleeds 007. It was quite stunning to find at the end Bond can really truly trust not a soul. Poor guy to live out life like that, but hey, he gets to knock people off....sweeeeeet; in style and all the while entertaining gorgeous women. So anyhow, if you haven't seen Casino Royale, it's well worth the viewing, and if you have seen it, isn't it one of those films you could watch over and over again? I cannot wait for the next edition of a great series of films.

this movie is all i expected and so much more. it is simple, and craig plays a great bond. i would recommend this movie. although it is a little long it is full of action and its worth the wait

I was unsure of how newbie Bond Daniel Craig would do, but he really impressed me and my fanatical Bond friends. The movie is chock full of great action sequences, and Craig is a fabulous Bond even though he's blonde (his physique makes up for it though). Set as the first of the infamous 007's adventures, it's interesting to hear Bond snap "do I look like I bloody care?" when asked how he prefers his martini. The fact that Bond's well-known identity has not yet crystallized makes the flick intriguing, as does the back-story regarding his future noncommittal romantic stylings. The movie also features what is in our opinion, the most beautiful death scene ever to appear on film.

I watch the movie like five times the day i bought it. i couldnt stop watching the incredible actions. get the DVD it'll blow you away!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion this is one of the best James Bond movie made, I never had watched James Bond, until I meet my boyfriend he is a big fan of the series and has all of the movies , so we went to see this in the theater, and I was hooked right from the start, it is a great movie full of action, it keeps you locked in right from the start to the great ending, we couldn't wait to get this on dvd,and I even got him the books both are great, it is one movie you can watch over and over again never get bored, we just found out there will be a new movie out soon, we can't wait.

This movie was action packed. I love all the cool things James Bond does to distract someones attetion or something of the sort. It was a very entertaining movie. I enjoyed it.

Although i did like this movie " Casino Royale " but what made me wonder was it was a new person being James Bond. He played okay as James Bond. This movie has plenty of excitement including lots of action and killing. Good movie to watch with friends.

I watched a lot of movies this year and Frankly, this was up there. It was different from the other Bond movies. I kept it in my collection!

BEST OO7 DVD YET. Movie had me guessing and was ending was great. If you like any action movies such as Transporter,the Matrix, or Bourne trilogy, this movie will satisfy you. But, this movie is not for them. It is a classic and a priceless addition to this generation.

This latest rendition of the James Bond franchise is what I believe to be the most faithful to the original Ian Flemming character. Although it has many of the features that characterized previous James Bond movies, I think this one created a character that was more believable, more sincere, and less polished than the previous portrayals.

The chase scene in the opening scenes of the movie capture the viewers attention early. Although fantastic chase scenes are standard fare in James Bond movies of old, this particular chase scene is above and beyond anything done before.

Unlike previous moviews, there was an effort by the screen writers to develop a human side of the 007 character including faults, disregard for authority, and a childlike nature.

The Bond girls are once again included but seem to have a bit more character development beyond the typical eye candy roles of the past.

This is my favorite movie in the series thus far. I hope Daniel Craig continues to make more 007 adventures.

Daniel Craig holds his own in this new updated version of Double 07, James Bond. He looks good,actually really good and his cold blue eyes (enhanced for the movie) tell a thousand stories.
His Bond girls are below average and so forgettable. Where is Angelina Jolie when you need her?
Regardless- this new twists and changes brings life back into a really tired series. Action packed and full of Bond cliches, Casino Royale is a hybrid of all those former Bond flicks.
Judi Dench is wonderful in her role. She gives a new meaning to the phrase powerful woman.
Check out this flick, you may love it or hate it but at least it's entertaining.
And where was the great James Bond theme song? You would think some front and center artist would have gotten the honors- yet no Brittney or Jessica or 50 Cent.
