This game has the feel of all of the previous Call of Duty games, which is a great thing! Graphics look better and the storyline is great. You play more than one character throughout this game and you see different perspectives. It is very cinematic which makes the game even better.

Overall the game is very entertaining and worth the purchase. However, if you do decide to purchase the game, go ahead and try it on Hard or Veteran difficulty. It is mildly easy on hard, and I don't play too many first person shooters myself. Veteran will give you a good match throughout the game.
Some annoying things that occurred throughout the game was dying from enemy grenades. At times, literally, bullets would stop flying at you and what seems to be 20 grenades fly at your feet surrounding you. I don't know if this is a life like reality or not, but it sure was annoying after the first 2 campaigns.
A very disappointing aspect for me personally was the loss of 2 player co-op. Everyone loves to sit down with a buddy and blast away with enemies, working as a team and helping one another out. But Call of Duty decided to take that away from the previous version as they created this version.
Overall, the game gets a 4.5 out of 5. It is still an excellent game and really fun. If you don't mind a short game and single player campaign, this is a great game for you.

I just got my copy of Call of duty can man this is one engrossing military FPS. Great visuals, Fantastic score and great pacing. the first mission is a little misleading though...you squad are like super men...you could just watch and they would finish the level for you but after that the training wheels fly off!!!! My advice to staying alive in single player is follow orders and listen for enemy positions...you'll need all the help you can get. If your not a FPS vet pick normal or easy or you'll fall prey to what will no doubt feel like cheap deaths that could be avoided by veterans of the grenre. For those who pick the last two difficulties get ready for enemies that flank and rain grenades on you. Not to mention flash bang you can close in for the kill! these guys pack rpgs and have no problem using them. get ready for a tough fight.
Presentation- Nice menus simple and to the point....maybe a little too simple. great mission briefings. Nice hud gives you all the info without the fluff.
Graphics- Great visiuals from gritty backstreets to russian contrysides. nice details like rpg trails to the plume of smoke from an explosion. Framerate keeps at a steady pace even with all the action going on .
Sound- The score is beautiful....moving, gets you in the action. Guns sound like they're supposed to with umph!. Top level of quality from evey bullet wiz to enemy chatter to com chatter...amazing job.
Gameplay- Everything feels and plays smooth. The controls are great I never had problems aiming and taking out an enemy. The autosave is a life saver. mutiplayer could have used more game type though.
Lasting Appeal- Fanastic singleplayer then throw in deathmatch, team deathmatch, capture the bomb plus downloadable content in the future..well it makes for a bright long future for Call of Duty.
Overall- Its an amazing FPS that any 360 owner should look into buying, period.

I love the gameplay and graphics. It's got a great gameplay. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was short. I'm serious, the levels are very short and there aren't too many. A couple of the levels are just watching a video. Anyway that's my 2 cents.

COD4 is an amazing FPS game, the solo player is completely enthralling, you are thrown into some very realistic war like scenarios. the storyline is fluent, the acting and voices are good, and they change up the missions so it's not repetative (flash back sniper mission, airplane bombing mission etc)
the multiplayer is what really makes this game worth the purchase. you keep unlocking things as you rank up by killing players and completing objectives, it will hook you pretty fast. there are hundreds of challenges you can complete to earn extra expierience. there are many gun options and a lot of fun things to unlock for each gun.
some people are concerned that having to unlock guns will put you at a disadvantage, but a rank 1 can kill a rank 55 with no problem, the starter guns aren't at a disadvantage, its really just a preference thing.
really good game, had I not also purchased it for PC I would still be playing it on xbox.

This is by far one of the best games (next to Halo 3) for the xbox 360 gaming system
Playing through the levels is very entertaining and the graphics are some of the best you can get on a 360
You can tell a lot of time has gone into the creation of this game, and you'll definately feel it will playing
So if you don't have this in your collection, get it now
PROS:
- Graphics are excellent
- Game play is interesting and dynamic
- Xbox live with this game is probably the best of any other game (if you get the game..GET XBOX LIVE!)

Bad SellerThis seller is a very bad shipper. I bought a game on April 16, 2008 and it is May 5, 2008. Have not recieved, so I gave bad feedback. He gave me bad feedback even though I payed right after the auction. He told me to check my spam folder with the negative feedback. That is not how a business man treats customers. The game has a great campaign that just makes you want to play it over and over again with great detailed graphics. No doubt this game is far better than any of the previous Call of Duty games. Its a must play for any real time first person shooters out there.
When you're in the multiplayer lobby you can create a clan tag and recruit your own clan for Call of Duty 4. You can also check stats for ALL your friends on your buddy list on xbox live that have played Call of Duty 4 online. And you can party up with your friends and go into a game together. When you're new to online you start off with a few mediocre weapons but the more experience you have playing online you can unlock better weapons and cool gadgets that can upgrade your weapons to be more powerful. You can also unlock upgrades to yourself by giving yourself longer sprinting, enhanced life, and tricks like martidom, where you drop a grenade after you have died giving you a chance to take out the person that killed you after your death.

THIS IS MUCH TOO GRAPHIC FOR ITS' RATING. It should be for adult only-even a mature child should not play/buy this game. Even though it is fiction, many view it as reality.
