Nice toner, but the one I got is a starter cartridge w/o reset kit, and only 1500 yield. For the price, I'm satisfied.

The seller sold the toner for a set price INCLUDING shipping, which I liked. What I didn't like was how they shipped it. It was wrapped in white paper, NOT overboxed to protect it from the high temperatures that we have been having. When the postman delivered it, it was very warm to the touch. It says on the box NOT to expose it to over 104 degrees F, and I won't know until I use it, when my old one runs out, whether or not it has been compromised.

I understand that the seller wanted to limit the amount of postage spent on the product, but a little more care could've been taken.

Seller did everything right;
1) Email was answered fast.
2) Shipping was fast
3) Item arrived in appropiate box and well protected.
4) The item was exactly as described (sealed and in perfect condition)

Super fast shipping, even with it taking a couple of days to arrive, it showed up packaged well, and not a rip off refilled cart. actually a brand new item. 1st class E-Bayer!!! After exchange, etc it landed up to be 40 dollars cheaper than anyone/anyplace around home. Thanks again.

PACKAGING WAS POOR - CARTRIDGES WERE LOOSE IN BOX - NOT EVEN WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP AND THE BOX WAS FULL OF BLACK POWDER. WILL TRY TO USE, NOT WORTH SENDING BACK.
