Blackberry 7750

Got the Blackberry. However I did not receive the activation disk which should accomplay the Blackberry. This make life difficult because I had to hunt and
search the web for information on how to use the Blackberry. If the firm is going to sell the merchandise, then all the CD and DVD should accompany the purchase. Trying to cover up this major fault with an ear plug, a clip-on carrying case, just does not hack the major problem of not have the softeware to go with the hardware.

The way that the seller treat me was great, very profesional. I email them several times and the respond me all the time. The gave me a great treat, and also the cellphone is in great conditions y and works perfectly

i like the blackberry because of the size of the screen and i can also check my e mails i paid a reasonable price for it as it was used. the only thing i did not like is the screen is not clear, it is spotty and whatever is on it does not come off i was not told about that when i purchased it. if i had known that beforehand, i probably could have found a better one for the price i paid thank-you denise

The transaction itself went very well, and the seller was courteous and it was in good shape. However, when I took the phone to verizon they refused to activate it because new FCC guidelines state that all phones that are activated must now have GPS on them and this Blackberry did not, and there was nothing they could do about it...when I emailed the seller about what happened he never even replied...so now I'm out about $150...

I bought the phone for the schedule and address capabilities. I find them to be what I expected.
I am very unsatisfied that the phone does not have internet capabilitiy. I am going to buy a newer version soon.
The company sent it to the wrong address thru no fault of my own. My paypal address was correct on my account. It took me 2 weeks to get the phone after contacting the company the first day I knew the problem.
Overall it was a average transaction with a below average phone. I blame the second part of that on myself.
