Well.. I like the product. But I feel that I was tricked by the seller when I bought it. Because the item was not as described, and I ended up spend so much money to make it work. It was listed as a new. It wasn't. It was someone else's phone with so many things on the phone. Then the seller didn't include the battery. So it was actually just phone. How would you expect that "the new" phone was going to come without battery or charger or anything. So I got $40 back from the seller. Then!!!!! I found out that the phone was locked when they said unlocked. So I ended up spending much more than $40 to get this phone worked.
I love Blackberry. My previous phone was also blackberry and it got broken. I was desperate to buy it but I wasn't really ready to pay for retail price with contract. So that is why I decide to buy it on ebay, but I don't think I would buy cell phone on ebay next time because it seems there are so many people who are dishonest on ebay selling cell phones and you might as well buy a (real) new one at store. I was so upset when I couldn't use it after waiting for long time. So we all need to watch out with the seller like that.

The Blackberry 7290 is not bad. I didn't realize it was an older model. I've also had some problems getting the Bluetooth headset to 'pair' with the phone. If only I had known that for the same money I could have had a brand new model with improved technology.

I love the full QWERTY keyboard, as well as the fact that it receives both POP3 email and blackberry. I needed it for corporate purposes.

I like all the features the phone have. I beleive it was a great purchase. I saved about $200.00. The phone was in great condition. It came Just how the seller described it. I recomend the phone and ebay. Ebay has become a great resource to me.

Blackberry 7290I bought one because I wanted something I could watch the stuff on ebay I was selling and also reply to email questions about my item. I really didn't check with my service provider (Cingular) about it. I also didn't know anything about blackberrys. I saw someone with one and asked them if they could go on ebay with it, they tried and ebay came up. I thought great, I will buy one. Well I was able to go in ebay with it but it took forever. I guess it took so long because it has to download so many pictures. I also wasn't able to go to "My Ebay".
Surfing the web wasn't great for me but the email was FANTASTIC. I loved the email part of it. With a touch of a button you got your email. I set up main email address from home on my phone and was able to read and reply faster then if I was on my home computer. My phone vibrated when an email came in and I just hit one button and read it. I didn't have to download anything, it was great. If you email and receive a lot of emails then this is the phone for you!!!

This phone is an awesome buy! I bought the same phone (also brand new) and it's AWESOME! Totally easy to use and great service! The only thing I don't like is that you can't get different colored covers for it, but it's no biggie! Awesome buy - Awesome seller!

I like this PDA because its great for SMS messaging which I frequently use, and it's also a great phone. Good reception on the phone. Tons of awesome programs that come on this PDA.
