Black Hawk Down (2006, Blu-ray Disc)

Absolutely loved it. Great quality. Fast shipping. Overall wonderful transaction. Decided to purchase this because of the price of Disc.

I had the movie on DVD, but on Blu-ray it's even better. In hi-def, every scene looks that much more realistic. For any war movie fan, Black Hawk Down in HD is a must.

this is a really good movie, classic and great action flick. i wanted this movie for my blu-ray collection.

Great movie, great action, great actors and best of all it is based on "TRUE EVENTS". If you are thinking of getting this movie, DO. Trust me, you won't be dissapointed.

Black hawk down is a great movie. Full of action, bullets blazing, and hearts pounding. It is intense from beginning to end, and makes you appreciate the Armed Forces and what they go through for us. This movie definitely needed to be on Bluray. the picture and sound is amazing (at least 26" 720p HDTV, and 5.1 surround sound)and you just get immersed in all the action. GET IT!

Great marine movie, that is based on the marines who died in Rwanda. Very good movie, and every time I watch it, it never seems to be boring

I bought this movie for christmas present, Blue ray is awesome if you have a big TV is much better my son love it is a good movie. I highly recommend this movie.

This is one of my all time favorite DVD's and I am not a big war or incident watcher of movies like this. Great movie/DVD and it has the feel of actually being there, highly recommend buying this video for your collection, one of those movies that you can truly watch several times without getting bored and pick up new veiws each time you watch the movie.

I bought the Black Hawk Down three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available. It has a and speakerphone. The Blue Ray disc is perfect and has a pretty good lifespan. Other movies I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the seller if you're on a budget.

Excellent movie. Especially in 1080P. This movie will be seen alot in our household. My son (which is a Military expect), says it was put on the screen as it has happened.

I'm not big on spoilers, so I'll be brief about story line(s). This movie is about the incident in Somalia that resulted in a bloody mess. Some may remember the video shown on the NEWS all over the world showing a dead American soldier being dragged through the streets.. this is the event in question.

This movie is fairly intense and you will find yourself pulled into the movie quickly. I have always had a deep respect the the men and women that choose to protect our freedom.. this movie is a true to life story that made the respect even deeper.

Bottom Line: Not for the young children, but everyone else should find this a truly engaging film well worth the investment of their time and money.

Whats not to love, great writting, great acting! The DVD is great as there are no commercials to wait through.
