Graphics: Breathtaking 10/10
The graphics are make you look twice – anyone fans of Art Deco, or even deep sea life will see the immediate beauty of this game. Take some time to watch the water and the detail of it.

Sound: Amazing – 9.5/10
The sounds, music, effects, and voices take you immediately into the game. Surround sound is a must so you can hear the uttering, chanting, and footsteps of the citizens of this underwater city.

Gameplay: Spectacular – 10/10
Smooth animations, large levels, smart enemies and A.I., different possibilities for battles and puzzles – without giving anything away, this game is different, and in a good way.

Replay Value – Amazing 9.5/10
Even without multiplayer, this game has high replay value. You get to choose your own path, make your own choices, all which effect the outcome of the game. The developers left out multiplayer to generate a perfect single player adventure – and they did just that.

Overall – Perfect 10/10
I am a fan of First-Person-Shooters (FPS) and all that is associated with them. This is a FPS technically, but it is so much more. The details and ideas that went in this game prove that risks are still being taken in game development, and they pay off.

Bioshock is labeled as a first person shooter, but it is so much more. It creates its own genre. It has elements taken from genres such as RPG, puzzlers, action-adventures, but is not pigeonholed into this experience. Spending time with this game, it is apparent that 2K games wanted to create a cinematic and different experience in a game – one not felt before.

Bioshock took a chance to be different, and it worked. This game is gorgeous, involved, and deep - and it is not the same experience twice. The gameplay and completion of the game is different for each user, which just shows you how much time and thought went into this game. With this much depth, it is hard to compare it to something, and you can’t right now, it is in a league of its own. Typically, when I play a game that I truly enjoy, I have a wow moment – maybe two. This game made me do that several different times. This game is definitely worth checking out, and I hope that it does not get lost in the shuffle with all the other great games coming out in the fall 2007 - This is a must buy!

I purchased this as a birthday present for my Son in Law. He loved it and says it is one of the best games he has ever played. I like the fact that he thought it was a great present and it was new. He did not know what a great deal I got on it.

I haven't finished the game yet, but only because of a lack of time. It's very hard not to devote my waking hours to playing this game. As far as games I've played goes, this is an interesting first person shooter type game. It adds "power-ups" and modifications to your character as you go, as well as many different weaponry choices. It has a cool story, the graphics and AI are extremely good, and the Art Deco decor of Rapture makes an art major like myself geek out. It has such a great rundown and retro feel, all the while using some crazy ahead of their time technologies to sustain a city completely underwater. I would liken this game to Gears of War. They've taken the first person shooter and added enough things to completely make it their own and not make it feel like just another first person shooter. I have no idea if the ending pays off yet, but I can't wait to find out.

Rating was excellent to begin with so we trusted to buy from this seller. After winning the item the seller displayed all the reasons why they deserved a 100% feedback and in the end we were more than happy to share our experience too.

2007's Bioshock, produced by the smae makers as System Shock, is by far the best ocean floor objectivist first person shooter with RPG elements out there. But seriously, this setting makes for one of the best and most jaw dropping game plots ever.Suffice it to say, there is more going on in Rapture than meets the eye.
However, as most gamers know, the story doesn't make the game; the gameplay does. Bioshock does not let down in this department. From the wide open levels to the myriad of ways to kill your enemies, to the lumbering giants that are mini bossess waiting to happen, Bioshock encompasses good gameplay. The only thing that irked me was the need to collect small things, such as money or health packs, off of dead bodies. This means you spend a good portion of the game looking at the floor. Although Bioshock has beautiful environments with many different flavors, from art hall to forest, the floors are, well, floors, and don't offer the most stunning vistas. Other than this small gripe, Bioshock features some of the best FPS gameplay out there, equivilent with Half Life 2.
All these parts come together to form one of the best pieces of gaming art out there. To all mature game players, this is one of the industries finest; to not wait any olonger to play this masterpiece.

I saw an advertisement for this game on T.V. before I even owned an Xbox360, and knew I had to have it. Overall, this game is one of the reasons I went through with my purchase. The graphics are really stunning, and the game play is definitely all there. By far one of the best first person shooters I have ever played. And not only that, but this game is filled with gore, spooks, and freaks! One of the sickest games I have ever played ... quite literally. :)

Where to start? There is really nothing to dislike about this game! The weapons range from a trusty wrench to a chemical thrower (fire or ice!!), not to mention a vast array of plasmids and gene tonics, which incapacitate enemies, make it easier for you to hack machines, and so forth. There are many different ways to negotiate this game, and you will have to use them all against the relentless, insane thugs of Rapture. Lets not forget the big daddies, of course. Huge bosses protecting the little sisters. One must defeat these bosses and then what to do with the little sister is up to you. But choose wisely...

I loved it. The scenery was impressive, the gameplay is innovative. Add in some appropriate and entertaining cutscenes and you have quite a fun game!! I would recommend it to anybody.

I really like the story. It's a philosophical depth into the possibility of a world without the obstruction of institutions like government, religion, and ethical organizations. An incredible environment unlike anything else will keep the player enthralled for hours of gameplay. The game has a super unique style that is a marvel to look at. It really is a high point for video games and a must play/have if you own a 360.

Nothing bad sticks out that tarnishes the incredible experience of Bioshock. It's really hard to find any faults in it. Unless you're a very picky player, this game is as good it gets in electronic entertainment.

Great "NEW IN BOX" Xbox game. I was worried that it may have been a "Knockoff" but was happy it still had the factory seal!!!

I really enjoy this game because of the breath-taking graphics. The story is one of the main reasons why I love this game. Also, the gameplay is phenomenal. I highly recommend getting this!

this was an awesome game and one of the best ive played recently. lots of upgrades, player can attack with magic or guns, with lots of intense action and scares and a great moral system. plot/story is completely enveloping and really makes you think.

The first time I saw this game,I had to play it,just watching someone play it is amazing,the graphics are top notch,and the world in witch you play is incredible and you never get bored,because each level is just as amazing as the last.
I don't want to give to much away,so trust me ,buy it,play it,love it!
It's one of the only games that take full advantage of what the 360 is capable of.

Bioshock is an originally creative title in a world of overly copied FPS ports. Everything from the music to the overall gameplay will fully immerse you in the rapture universe. It is a game that no one should miss!!

I bought this game for my husband! He's a gamer and he played this game on a demo. Since he liked it so much, I decided to get it for him for his birthday. He's played it a bunch. The seller gave us a great game. No scratches. He described it perfectly. I'd recomend this game to anyone. (Of course, read the rating of the game before you allow children to play or watch) My husband is still in the process of playing so I can't wait to see the end of it! I got this game a at great price. In stores it sells for much more. I'd rather buy on ebay any day! Thanks! :)

I was skeptical before i played this game, i was never a fan of too much gore but to my surprise, this game seems to keep that under control and still deliver an authenticly awesome reality in which you can slay similar enemies repeatedly and never feel like it's getting old. I would reccomend playing on easy or normal for starters, my younger brother, an avid gamer, started on hard and gets stuck on Big Daddys a lot. I dislike the brevity of the game, i'm not a first person shooter kind of guy but maybe i'll start playing halo 3 more after this. I would definitely give this game five stars out of five.

This has been one of the best Xbox 360 entries in awhile. Primarily a First Person Shooter with elements of a Role-Playing Game. Great moral questions arise as the game develops and the different landscapes that arise throughout your journey through the underwater city are very creative.
I'll be building a new PC rig soon and Bioshock is on my short list of games that I'll choose to break it in to the world of gaming.

by far one of the best game I have played in some time now BioShock is a revolution in the shooter genre that will forever change the expectations for the FPS. Going beyond "run and gun corridors," "monster-closet AIs" and static worlds, BioShock creates a living, unique and unpredictable FPS experience. BioShock is the Shooter 2.0. After your plane crashes into icy uncharted waters, you discover a rusted bathysphere and descend into Rapture, a city hidden beneath the sea. Constructed as an idealistic society for a hand picked group of scientists, artists and industrialists, the idealism is no more. Now the city is littered with corpses, while wildly powerful guardians roam the corridors, mutated little girls scavenge the dead, and genetically modified citizens ambush you at every turn. Players must ultimately make meaningful choices and mature decisions, culminating in the grand question: do you exploit the innocent survivors of Rapture...or save them?

An amazingly original game with unbelievably superb graphics! I love this game, especially on a 50" HDTV!

This is a great game!! I definitely wouldn't recommend it for the kiddies though. It's a very twisted, graffic, adult game.
Normally I'm not really into shooters or action games but I love this game. From the very begining it just seams to suck you in. Maybe it's the excellent voice overs/voice acting, or whatever you want to call it. The game just seams to flow right along and tells you the story as you play without 5 million cut sceens.
I like the fact that it has a map you can access and it shows you where you've been along with the places you missed. I've played other games where you just kinda run around blind and have no idea where or what you missed. Another big plus is, on alot of the missions you do there's an arrow above your head so you know where to go. I hate games that just say where to go but you have no idea where it is or how to get there.

Wow there's so much I could say about this game but I dont want to ruin anything. So I'll just say if you like shooters or action games you'll definitely love this one.

I love the complexity and storyline of this game. I can see why this is one of the top-rated XBOX 360 games to date. It keeps you on your toes the whole time, and forces you to be creative in such a way that no other game does. If you want a simple, FPS game like Halo, that's basic, with a simple storyline, this isn't for you. But if you want to be challenged, intrigued, and happily confused at times by a game that makes you think, then I recommend this game whole-heartedly.

This game is one of the best games I have ever played! The storyline is very in depth, and they manage to give you a pretty complete back story without tedious, drawn out cinemas or long bouts of unnecessary monologues and dialogs. You can take the game at your own pace and be as meticulous as you would like, going backwards if you need to, or zoom through for the beat-the-game-quickest gamers. Customization allows you to sneak around or blow through in a blaze of glory! Set traps or just blow up everything! There are three different levels of play for beginners or experts, though I recommend going through all three for the most complete game play experience. There's quite a bit of personalization with your choices, allowing you to upgrade the items you use the most. This game is definitely not for children, the violence and language is pretty extreme, I play when my 10 year old is gone or in bed. This game is also very very creepy, another plus for me. I had a hard time playing at night alone when I first purchased the games. The only drawback that I noticed was that the difficulty of the "boss" was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would definitely say buy this game!
