In this dvd, Billy Blanks works out with resistance bands. The workout is about 60 minutes long and within the first 15 minutes I was totally drenched in water. Billy pushes his audience to go at their own pace while encouraging to complete the workout. His workouts vary so be sure to read the description before you purchase.
i do like this exercise dvd..it's a good work out..you do sweat a lot and you feel the pain also of course when you are a beginner...i will recomended this dvd to my friends and relatives
I have been working out with TaeBo for years. For the last 4 months I have been working out with TaeBo 7-10 times a week. I was getting a bit bored with the routines until I tried this one. Talk about a challange! The first time I tried it with "Billy Bands" I could only do the first 33 minutes! I was so sore the next day that I knew I had worked out! This is a tough workout if you use the bands. I needed the challange and TaeBo delivered again! Love this workout!
I really like this dvd! It reminds me of the first videos Billy Blanks came out with. The exercises give a good workout and most of them are not too difficult to do. I burn approx. 800 calories from start to finsih. However, he does use resistance bands in this dvd and they do not come with it. You can purchase them separately on his website for about $15.00. They do make a difference in the workout. I used hand weights until I got them. There are a couple of moves that take some coordination and time to catch on to. All in all, I think it is a great dvd and I have purchased another.
I like that the workout is intense and you can use it with or without the bands. The movements are easy to follow and will have you burning fat in no time.
this workout is fast pace, high energy and really makes you sweat. pretty easy to find your footing but at times alittle hard to keep up with. your heart rate will go up and you really feel like you did a work out.thanks!

Heart Pumping and fats paced cardio workout. This is a lot of fun, the 50 minutes is over before you know it. There are no bands in this video but there is toning and cardio combined. Another recommended Billy Blanks!!
I've always loved Blanks high intensity workouts that get you feeling that your acutally doing great cardio in your own home without equipment. What I didnt like was a 45 min tape that was cut down to 25 min of cardio because of a long, low impact warm up and a long cool down. BUT! on this DVD Blanks gets right down to it. I actually stretch a minuet or two b4 hand to get ready for the warm up! This dvd has you moving that whole time, and if your not moving because of an expanation you can easiy bounce your self around with your arms in the air and keep that heartrate up for good, extended cardio. I had to work up myself up to using the bands and I'm only 25! Awesome! Love the challenge! I've been using this tape for the last week and a half some morningg I have high vigor, others I'm a little sluggish - but either way I'm seeing results on my body and my endurance.
As a fan of Tae Bo, I enjoy this workout. It is longer than the other Tae Bo videos (55 minutes). I find it challenging, but not as challenging as the Cardio workout. All in all, it is a nice workout, but I wouldn't call it my favorite.
I wanted to have another good Tae Bo cardio workout, for variety. This workout is really meant for toning. Though Billy says you can do the workout without the Billy Bands, my heart rate didn't get very high. Some of the combinations seem way too fast, not overly difficult, just too fast.
