This workout will burn the fat off of ya! I still can't do the whole workout but I'm getting there. I like Billy's workouts. He puts everything he's got in them.
I love the DVD! It's a total work out! I'd recommend it to anyone really looking for a good work out. I couldn't even finishe the entire thing the first time!
I thought this workout would be more like Billy's Capture the Power: Strength workout, which is at a slower pace and includes some flexing, and holding the poses for counts of eight. Instead this workout is a VERY fast paced cardio workout. I rated it excellent because it's an excellent cardio workout. I don't really see how it's sculpting other than just burning fat to show your muscles. This workout has more dance moves than Billy's older ones and it has more rap-type music. It moves quickly and includes no stretching in the warm up. Billy tries to rap several times throughout the workout (my husband found that to be really funny). Overall, you can tell the people on the dvd are having a good time and this workout is very challenging but fun. I've been doing Tae Bo 5 times a week for about 18 months now and I have to pause to catch my breath about every 10 minutes. That's how fast paced this one is!
