My reason for buying this movie is very simple...I love Irish Setters! This is a beautiful story of the love between a young boy and a champion Irish Setter, 'Big Red'. Though made in the early 60's, the story is as meaningful and touching today as when it was filmed. Walter Pigeon is superb as the stern but kind owner of the magnificent 'Red'. This is a movie the whole family can enjoy together. I was very pleased also with the quality of this item since it was an original copy.
