Pros:
A progressive / realistic look at a gay couple, portrays friends as loyal and supportive
Cons:
Not funny at all, not smart, not creative, not interesting
Adam Sandler doesn't exactly have the greatest track record with movies. Though he has amassed quite a fanbase, would you trust people who thought any of his films prior to The Wedding Singer were classics? However, after such embarrassments as Going Overboard, Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, and Bulletproof - he was finally able to hit a bit of a home run with Singer, The Waterboy (which despite it's utter lack of humor was not a bad film at all, really), and Punch Drunk Love.
