Big Daddy (1999, DVD)

You'll instantly recognize the faces in Big Daddy from the other Adam Sandler movies... and its just as funny as those (including Happy Gilmore, Mr. Deeds, etc). Big Daddy is the story of Sonny Koufax (Adam Sandler) as he breaks up with his girlfriend and fights to prove that he's fit (though hes not so fit!) to be a great dad. The best part of the movie isn't Sandler himself - its his crew of friends who bring the various misfit characters to life. Big Daddy is a big hoot - lots of funny scenes and many great lines.

I like the movie alot but it smelt like cigarette smoke. I didn't notice any damage to the dvd or its case. I was happy with how quickly I received the product.

It arrived on time. I did not buy this item to be compelled to write a review consisting of at least 100 characters and will seriously think about buying from a differen venue because of the mandated narrative. the radio buttons are more than enough.

great movie, adam sandler was great but than again when isn't he...loved the movie great if you just need a laugh

We love this movie, my boys laugh for hours! Adam Sandler outdoes himself in this movie, fun filled movie especially for boys!

This is a great movie.I recommend this dvd to anyone that is an Adam Sandler fan.He is hilarious in this movie and it was written very well with a good storyline.Check this movie out if you have the time because it is a really funny movie :-)

I'm a Sandler fan, so consequently I am a bit bias. This film follows the formula of most Sandler flicks, an equal dose of comedy and heart. Only issue I have is that I'm not crazy about his love interest; no chemistry. Overall, a great picture.

not sure I like the way he treats the little boy in the begaining but the story line is great and from a single guys point of view this is really closer then we think to real life. Adam will make you laugh in this one most of the movie.

First off I will buy anything that Adam Sandler is in ,he is a wonderful actor . In this he is very funny but serious also ,especially when it comes to the child , he teaches a lot of things to the kid especially that he is their for him,always,and the child ends up teaching a lot of stuff to Big Daddy,there is nothing not to like about this movie.

This movie is soooo funny! I absolutely love the twins that play the little boy in the movie, they're hysterical!! This is one of my all time favorite Adam Sandler movies.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM!!!! I attempted to contact the seller three seperate times to question where the item is and what the status of shipment was and NEVER heard a response. I want my money back!!!!! I've bought hundreds of itmes off half.com and never had a problem EVER. Absolutely worst shopping experience EVER!!!!!

This movie was crap. i like beans. do you like beans? this movie reminded me of the toilet. bEware this movie will make you goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Adam Sandler is such an awesome actor and all of his movies are great but this one in particular I really love! It's so funny and so original! He does a great job and plays his true funny/angry self!

this is a great movie very cute and funny, i highly recommend it. its about a man who has a 5yr old child come into his life and he is left to take care of it (he claims it as his own to save a friend who was out of town and doesnt know about the child either, and newly engaged how would he explain?), he feels that with the assistance of his GF he can do well, only to find out his GF is leaving him for a gray haired old man. shocked and left as a single faher to this young boy he takes the child under his wing but then social services get more involved than intended when the bachelor ways of this man begin to show more and more in the 5yr old little boy.
