it's a classic arrangement of luther, sexy loves song
Luther vandross music is timeless, he wrote so many songs that it's good to just listen to it once in awhile. I'm not a big luther vandross fan but the best of is just that; the arrangement is classic and it's a bit on the slow side but, it's sexy love songs, that if you want to listen with your one and only, its a good start to a romantic evening.

Excellent CD. A must have!Beautiful arrangement of ballads and songs. I have this grouping of songs on tape, wantd a seconded copy on CD.

I love this cd. To me it's priceless to the well loved sound of Luther Vandross. I used to own it and nearly cried when I moved and end up losing it in the process. I will cherish this artistry. This album is timeless, with love and hope.

There is a multitude of Best of Luther CD's this is the best of the best. The best of love is what R&B love songs should be. From the classics a House is not a home to Superstar to There is nothing better than love with the late Gregory Hines. This is must have for any Luther fan

What can I say about Luther Vandross? Well I can start out by saying that I know personally a lot of babies were made to Luthers song's. Luther has the type of voice that you will listen to 50 years from now. He has the type of music that is for young, old, middle aged people, any type of person. His persona is one of a kind. His stage performance is to die for. He doesn't even need a big flashy stage like some performers. I remember seeing Luther Vandross and Envogue in concert, why I went by myself I don't know. This opinion can be summed into one word, ENCORE! I didn't really know which album to write this opinion under until I realized most of the songs on this album were highlighted in his performance Sept. 7th at Jones Beach. The man and his music is extraordinary. Anyone who follows Luther is well aware that he is rated as a 10+ ballad singer. Any album you purchase will leave you longing to purchase another.
