Pros:
A funny animated flick, okay for families.
Cons:
Some viewers might not get all the jokes.
Take a popular African-American comedian and create an animated comedy including a character based on him, and you've got something that works, right? Sure, it sounds formulaic, but think about it. Remember Bill Cosby and "Fat Albert?" Or, more recently, how about Daymon Wayans and "Waynehead" or Eddie Murphy and "The PJ's?" Ah, now you begin to understand what I'm talking about. A brand of humor that's heavily based on the reality of their own experiences, with just enough hyperbole thrown in to make it as funny as possible."Bebe's Kids" is no exception.
