If you only have one Beatles' album in your collection, this would be a good choice since it covers the complete decade of Beatlemania. 27 #1 Beatles songs on one disc, how can you go wrong? The songs are in chronological order, so it provides a good retrospective of a band everyone knows.

However, the songs are the same studio versions found on the albums, there is no previously unreleased material, and this is a combination of the UK and US versions of "20 Greatest Hits", so if you have the studio albums don't bother with this one. Beatles' fans yearning for new material should instead turn to the Anthology albums, but this will be for another review.

what can I say?? It is 27 of their number one hits! Of course, you have to love the Beatles to enjoy it.

This CD is exemplary item of what the Beatles produced. Absolutely recommend it. The 2 CD's it has have all my favorite songs, and I bought this gift for my mother and she loved it.

Great CD has a great mixture of all their classics Beatles, you will be very happy with this collection. Some of the Very Best of the Beatles.. A collection would NOT be complete without this Beatles 1 CD's.

I love the Beatles music and the memories it brings of that time period! I switched my vinyl album and cassette tape over to the CD.

This is an amazing collection. There is not one bad song on this whole cd. If you are someone who are not familiar with the beatles get this to get you into them, it will for sure. This is a great album of the Beatles #1 hits - for the music itself it would receive a 5. However, it still is missing a great many of their songs that I love and find essential for any Beatles fan. If you want a complete compilation of their songs I would get the two 2-disc albums 1962-1966, and 1967-1970. If you are just a casual Beatles fan this album is sufficient.

It's the Beatles, what's not to like? All of the Beatles songs that made it to number one on the charts. I bought this one to introduce the Beatles to someone who was unfamiliar with their music. Sound quality of this CD is great!

This CD of the Beatles is full of excellent oldies. A must have for all Beatle fans. From the very first song to the last. I decided it is time to collect Beatle tunes after listening to the songs on American Idol. Brings back many memories of my youth!
