Be a Real Estate Millionaire by Dean Graziosi (2007)

It has all the basics about real estate and then it explains every way of buying real estate... very good book

Book provided interesting reading. The only problem with these types of books is that they are written with the premise that financing a purchase is much easier than it actually is, especially in the very tight credit market of today.

I am glad I bought the book though, because it provides a quick education into the real estate business for the novice investor.

Never received product after I paid for it. I have yet to hear from seller. I disputed payment with paypal and have asked seller for a full refund. I haven't heard anything from anyone. I don't think I will be ebaying anytime soon!!

Talks about tips, Real Estate lingos and experiences in buying Real Estate properties. If you're a first time buyer or just getting into property investing, this book will give you ideas. It's NOT really for those who are already in the real estate investing, nothing new that you really could use. I just bought it thought there's something new I could learn (such as list resources you could go to) but nothing.

Decided to buy it because i saw it on television, and got it here for only a fraction of the price! The book overall, helps with the understanding of purchasing a home and the odds and ends that are involved.

If you have always wanted to invest in real estate or even buy your first home and don't have the down payment, this book is a wealth of knowledge packed into one book that will help set you on the track to getting that home or to making a profit or setting up a nest egg for you and your loved ones. It opened my eyes to completely different ways to invest in real estate and I really found the part on how to invest with no money down extremely helpful.

I know a lot about real estate and discovered a lot of what I read is being taught in my university program but more indepth in the book and at a fraction of the university cost with no homework! A fantastic read.

I've been interested in real estate for many years but always thought it was out of reach for many reasons, limited budget, poor credit, no experience, fear, etc. I saw an interview w/the author of this book on t.v. and he's sharing his experience investing in real estate. One of the things he said that got me really interested was that you can invest in any market, whether it's up or down, by using the right strategy. He gave some examples and I just had to get the book.

Having read the book, I now have a much clearer understanding of how the real estate market works, all the different options to get financed, how to find property and get more info about it, things to avoid, and the best strategy for the current market.

I am currently looking at some options for a couple places I'm interested in and w/the info from this book I feel more confident making a deal.

Weak..not very useful. Did not hold up to the expections as described on TV. Do not buy. You are better off getting info on foreclosures on the net.
