Batman Returns - I think they tried too hard on this on
Not my favorite Batman movie, not even close. I really loved the original Batman, but Batman Returns just doesn't do it for me.
I think it might have something to do with the villians (Penguin and Catwoman) they just aren't movie material in my opinion. The beginning is great, I really love the evil circus, but the rest of the movie really dissapointed me.
Batman Returns isn't horrible, I just don't feel it does the Batman franchise justice. On the plus side, Christopher Walken is absolutely spectacular as Max Schreck.
Final Verdict:
3/5
Rent or Buy?: If you're a huge Dark Knight fan this movie is obviously a must buy, but if you're just a casual fan a rental will be just fine.
