I still remember the first time I heard this album. I was standing on the floor of the old Charlotte Coliseum on February 14, 1984 awaiting the start of one of the best shows I've ever seen, Van Halen. Prior to them coming on, they put on side one of Balls to the Wall, cranked up loud enough to enjoy, to warm up the crowd. I remember standing there thinking "who the hell is this"? I bought the LP the next day, I been enjoying this album ever since. Heck, I listen to Accept more than Van Halen nowadays! Some of the songs on here haven't aged well, but the gems here more than make up. I still like Restless and Wild better but this is a close second. Don't be scared off by the freaky looking (they definitely didn't copy their countrymen The Scorpions in their album covers!), this album rocks. Balls to the Wall is undoubtedly the best metal concert anthem ever created. And the supporting material is damn good too. Check this out:
Too bad they cut off the guitar solo on the video. What's up with that? But if the metal bands think this is a top 40 song of all time, why don't you own this already!
Excellent follow-up to Restless and Wild. This CD rocks. Once again the sound that this band has is a lot better than their German contempories efforts. This CD is a must if you're a fan of 1980's metal. If you don't have it yet, what are you waiting for?
Excellent customer service. CD as promised. It also arived before the time promised. I would definitly buy from this seller again. One of the reasons I bought this item is because of the good reviews this seller has. I trust reviews. I have not been let down, yet.
