I bought this book and was satisified with it. It was in excellent condition and I reveived my book in just a matter of days! I would highly recommend this seller.
The product is good as it is not a new book it has about 25 page edges crezed. however I have no compliant; I am making good use of it.
BY THE WAY THERE IS ONE THING EBAY NEEDS TO WORK ON TO IPROVE HERE; THAT IS ACCOUNTABILITY! BECAUSE THE BOOKS I BAY MOST OF THE TIME DO NOT HOLD TO THE EDITION AND ACOMPANYING PRODUCTS LIKE CDs THAT COME WITH THEM. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE PLEASE SAY SO AND DO NOT SAY 2006 EDITION AND SEND 2005. THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL ! ! ! ONE OF THESE DAYS THINGS WILL NOT BE GOOD.

09/18/06 What could our half.com representative have done differently to satisfy you?
They needed to answer quickly, directly, and with a prudent honesty.
I have been having this issue since Dec. 2005. I had claimed right in time; as a matter of fact Jn.18, 2006 for a book I ordered 21/22 Dec. 2005. But I did not get a response from half.com in due time; and when they replied they told me to contact the seller.
I did contact the seller more than twice. With all the delays from the seller, it took around 2 months. The seller who was keeping me suspended by promising that he will do something about it; but later told me that he was told by eBay that he should not reimburse me.
Then, I contacted half.com again. However, after a long time of delay again, they told me that since the 60 day policy had elapsed, they could not help me about it.
Well, well, how can it be late when it is already in their hands in time; and when it went under dispute before the 60 day policy lapsed? I was perfectly in compliance with the policy. However, eBay would not honor its own policy and its representatives tell me that I was at fault by telling me something untrue; when customer support itself slept on the matter instead of acting on it in time.
Sir/Mom, how would feel, if you were in my shoes? AND BY THE WAY I HAVE THE COPY OF THE E-MAIL SAVED AS PROOF FOR MY ACTION IN COMPLIANCE OF THE 60 DAYS eBAY POLICY.
I HAD WRITTEN MY COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES; AND HERE I REPEAT IT AGAIN!!! And believe me, if someone who has guts will not solve my problem; I will pursue it when time will allow me.
If I can prove myself to be true to this case, what do you think the representative could have done to satisfy me?
Each year for the past 3 years, my daughter's books at college were about 400.00 a semester. This year, the cost for new books was nearly $1100.00 Through this source and others on eBay and half.com we were able to secure the necessary materials for less than 1/2 that cost.
. I enjoyed this product very much. It has brought me closer to understanding my course better. I hope I get a good grade in the class. The content is fairly new and up to date. My professor also highly recommends this book.
