I love both of these books as they are both have 3 books in 1 and its makes it easier to read instead of looking for each one separate and wandering if you can find them if they're separate. They,re are some books that aren't that way. I would recommand getting them this way over each one separate.
I am competely satisfied with the books I received. Both of them are in excellent shape with beautiful book covers. I am a avid reader of anything I can find pertaining to the Amish, Beverly & David Lewis are the best I have found yet! Thanks so much for these 2 triple book Novels. These also make very pretty decorator items when I am finished reading them. Thank you, Theresa Ledbetter
I enjoy very much reading about the different groups of Amish people. Their love for each other and love for God. This was a great combination of books all in one. I found it at a great price on Ebay and was glad to get it.
I have always liked reading the heartwarming stories of the Amish written by Beverly Lewis. Ms. Lewis has a unique insight into the Amish culture and makes you feel like you are living amoungst friends with her stories. This book, like her others, is hard to put down up to the last page.
This book, as in all her books that I've read, is superb. When you read this book, you not only read about the characters, you know them, you feel what they feel. You pray with them, and want so badly to help them, and support them. Ms. Lewis in this and in all her books, brings you into the life of her characters, not the other way around. Truly a GREAT story. A must read!
This book contain 3 stories within one. I totally enjoyed the first 2. The Postcard and The Crossroads. A beautiful romance between an Amish girl and an outsider man. I could not put the book down while reading the first 2 stories. However, The Santurary story. I found it to be poor written. Berverly was trying to take a turn from Romance and make it to be an Aaction book. It did now work at all. Santurary is like a very bad "The Witness" story. I have such a hard time to finish this story. Some sections in the book, the details are not connected to each other. At time I thought Beverly ran out of the ideas and tried hard to finish this book in such a poor way. I wish "Santurary" is not included in this book. It ruin a beautiful romance story and ended it up with a bad action story....
Beverly Lewis is always a good writer, so getting three of her books in one here is a real bargain. She writes about the Amish culture, but the good morals and the laughs are good for everyone.
I love reading Beverly Lewis novels. She keeps you interested in the story by not going off in twenty different directions. A great book for any level reader.
The book is very interesting, based on fact about the Amish community. Beverly Lewis' writing truly holds the reader's attention from the beginning to the end.
I liked Crossroads. I am a huge Beverly Lewis fan, so I enjoyed being emerged into the lifestyle of the Amish. Crossroads was a great book, but not my favorite of the Beverly Lewis Collections I have read. I was still captivated with the mystery of the Amish life and their worldly strugges.
Beverly Lewis is an excellent author and I really love her stories about the Amish. She makes you feel so much a part of the story. I have read every book she has written on the Amish that I can get a hold of. I really loved reading this one too. I enjoy the way the next book always connects to the first one. Wat to go Beverly!!!!
I totally loved this book. Is a heartwarming story of heartaches, surviving and love. I could not put this book down, or with every free minute I treasured reading about Rachel and Philip. "Having fear is God's faith" Beautiful Story!
Beverly Lewis is a favorite author of mine, she weaves enough mystery into all of her novels to keep it from being "just another romance novel" I am not fond of typical romances, but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed every book I have read from Ms. Lewis. This particular book includes THREE novels, "The Postcard", "The Crossroad", sequel to "Postcard", and "Sanctuary" EACH ONE I consider real "page turners"
I was never one to just be able to sit down and read a book the whole way through. I hated reading & never found the time for it, but was alway's impressed with the Amish life style. When i got my first book i was amazed at how i just had to fight myself to put it down. Then i finished my first book that i ever read all the way through. So i bought the next & the next till i had every one of her book's & read them all. It keeps me wanting more!! I recommend everyone to get the Beverly Lewis novels,You will be hooked just as i am.
