A Guide Book Of United States Paper Money by Arthur Friedberg, Ira S. Friedberg, Q. David Bowers (2005)

I purchased this book, along with a number of others, to add to my reference library. I use these books frequently in conjunction with my eBay Trading Assistant services. Of all the general books on currency I've bought or read this one is by far the best. Among its many positives are:
1) It is very comprehensive in its coverage of US Paper Money.
2) Excellent organization of the material making lookups a breeze.
3) It is lavishly illustrated with detailed photographs.
4) Well-written introduction to the different issues, types, and series of paper money.
) Large format (6" x 9") book printed on quality paper.

This book retails at $19.95 but when I was writing this I saw a number of copies available on eBay for $5-15. In almost every possible way this book is vastly superior to the Official 2007 Blackbook Price Guide to United States Paper Money (see my review).
