I purchased this educational tool because we offer Indian Head Massage at our day spa and I wanted all of our employees to not only experience, but see how it works as often as they need to as can be done with recorded visual aids. This method of teaching allows learners to more fully comprehend the benefits and also so they are administered. This visual aid helps students to see the vast benefits not only physically, but emotionally as well in a way that comes only with visual learning. This is a great teaching and learning tool for those entering into the world of energy healing and natural alternatives.

I bought this cd because i am very interested in massage, healing. Had heard about Indian Head Massage reading Yahoo Answers and decided to give it a shot.
The cd is informative, easy to follow and thorough. Just to be sure I was getting the full picture, I bought another book by a different practioner. The cd was complete. I do like the book too, as it is easy to follow, just turning pages, whereas the cd is a bit more difficult to stop and start while actually learning. But, the cd is great, because you can actually view the massage technique while being preformed. If this is your interest, go ahead, worth the investment.
