script a bit predictable (if you've viewed <i>Castaway</i> first)
A wonderful way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon is watching action movies with the family. Candace, my intellectual five year old granddaughter, chose A Cry in The Wild for this afternoon's feature film. She tends to enjoy movies that have animals in them; she chose the movie strictly from the VHS cover art. In my opinion, the best action films are those that take place on a beautiful deserted island, as in Castaway, starring award winning actor, Tom Hanks. This film, A Cry in The Wild, is not as brilliant as Castaway in that it lacked the dramatic edge and much of the charm that Hanks...
