it is such a powerful & sad story and I feel that it does not matter how may times I watch it, it is all still unreal and hard to belive. A fantastic product and one that I would advise everyone to watch esp if you are interested in the 9/11 & the events that came from this.

I have this on vhs but the dvd has better picture and sound.I am in the process of writing a book and this will help me immensely.I can see and hear better on the dvd.

This was an accidental first hand riveting account of the horror and chaos of September 11, 2001 and in my opinion the very best documentary ever produced about that day of infamy. The disc was offered at a bargain price without the DVD cover and inserts Only on eBay can you find DVD gems like this.

This Documentary is September 11th 2001, I'm basically saying that what you are watching is 9-11 taking place right in front of your eyes all over again. This movie is without doubt a movie that the educatuional system should instill as an elective movie for our young adults to watch so that they can get the understanding that can only be portrayed by witnessing 9-11 as if they were in the 1st person perspective. Buy and keep so someday when your kids, or grandkids ask about 9-11 you can give them a glimpse back into history in a way that makes history more than an old story or event, but everpresent and thought changing. God Bless the many lives that were extinguished on September 11th 2001, and the next time you see anyone in a branch of public service take the time to thank them for the contributions they make for our great nation hourly. This is such a moving, incredible presentation. I bought this after seeing the documentary on t.v. in 2002....I got it for my children to grow up and watch and grasp the totality of what happened that day. This DVD is a MUST have.

It is unbelievable what happened that day, and to be able to see it first hand is amazing. It tears you apart seeing what all those poor people hand to go through. A gripping tear at your heart movie.........a must see

This tape if the actual footage taken on 9/11. It is a snapshot of history, showing what happened to ordinary people that incredible day. The film crew was shooting a probationary fire fighter and became witnesses to the 9/11 tragedy. It does an excellent job of telling us how this group of men were placed into an extraordinary situation. We see their bonding, their dedication, their fear, and their courage. It documents how the world changed that day, right before our eyes.

This is the best film available that clearly describes the events and shock of that day, without political comment or needless gore. It is a witness to those who died. The incredible timing of the film crew and the fire fighters being in that time and place as history happened before their eyes is breath taking.

The Commemorative Edition is not always available at local stores because they stock the highest, newest sellers on their shelfs. Other films use actors and give theories of what happened. This film both amazes you, then awes you with how strong people really are when destiny calls. Every family should have this film.

The best documentary I have ever seen. A compelling event. Unforgettable combination. I have seen it before and decided I wanted to purchase it. Still powerful.

I had seen it before and it is such a upclose and personal part of my life so I had to have it as a part of history to always keep.

This documentary is one that really captures what happened on 911 and captures the shock and grief that all Americans felt. Don't watch it with children/it's too graphic.
