Bought this book because my friend has lost a few pant sizes over 10 weeks. She has always hated exercise and yo yo dieted. I decided to try it since it is working for her and she is happy doing it. I have only been on the exercise program a week and not shopped to support the eating plan. The book is very easy to read, makes sense and has testimonials. The exercise portion is not a huge commitment. Bottom line is I like it but can't give personal results yet.
Workout descriptions are thorough and has pictures for visual demos. Different muscle groups are shown as well as broken down into daily/weekly routines.
This is the best easy to read book I have ever read. The science and logic around it are so simple. The 5-Factor Fitness lifestyle is so simple to follow and maintain I can see why anyone wouldn't want to get healthy and in shape. If everyone followed this simple outline, obesity would be eliminated.
