This is another great CD in the long line of titles released by staind. I love every song from the very first one till the CD is done they are all great, if you are a fan of staind I'm sure you already have this but if u don't get it soon.
I bought this because I love to listen to Staind. I have all but one of their CD's, & that one is on the way. Their music speaks volumes, very deep for me. I can put my headphones on and not be bothered by the rest of the world and be right in my glory. I have never been disappointed with any of their music.
My son likes this band alot and has most of their CD's He just enjoys their music very much. I'm not much for this kind of music but they have a few songs that I enjoy. I don't feel that the music is overally that bad. You just have to have an ear for some of it, I guess.
The best staind album by far. It includes both the hard rock side of staind in which we all love, but also a couple tracks which are more calm and acoustic. Aaron Lewis has an amazing voice, and the lyrics are poetic. A definite must have for anyone who appreciates and supports genuinely great rock artists.
This album is almost as good as their previous effort ("Break The Cycle"- read my review on that one), but it seems to lack some of the hard-hitting instrumentation that I grew to love on that CD. Now, this CD still has some harder songs, but they are farther and fewer in between in comparison. And not that the slow songs are bad, it's just that I was expecting something else. There are the obvious radio cuts yet again, and they are fairly indicative of the rest of the CD. I would say that if you are a fan of Staind from the radio, then this is a good CD to buy to start getting into them.
