I like that you can do one or more workouts with the DVD. I use it on days that I don't have a lot of time but still want a concentrated workout. I think it's a great idea for those of us pressed for time but still wanting to exercise.
This DVD comes with 5 different workouts, which you can do in any order. You will feel the burn in each one, raise your heartrate, and come out feeling better than when you started....maybe exhausted, but better. They each take time to learn the moves & become coordinated, but it will come. It's better to do at least 3, but I love the variety to shake things up a bit. The hostess is good & changes up with each segment.
This is a great and simple mix of workouts. The instructor is very easy to follow and she's energetic without being corny. I really like that there are different styles and it is fairly beginner and not difficult to pick up. It's a great way to try different styles and I like it so much I've now purchased two of the other 10 minute solutions videos.
This is actually a DVD I really do like! I've tried several exercise DVDs, and always end up selling them because they're too hard/too easy, too boring, I don't see results, etc. And this is great because you can choose which workouts you want to do. 10 minutes doesn't get me bored, so it's great! I see my body changing too, what I wanted in the first place, so I really recommend this DVD!
It is a wonderful exercise dvd for people who do not have alot of time to wokout. It gives the option of breaking the exercise into smaller ten minute sections, but you are stil "feeling the burn".
Good sampling of different workouts. I liked the kickboxing workout especially to get your heart pumping. The other workout routines are simple and are great for someone getting back in the workout routine.
I chose this DVD because I often have very limited time to work out, and it offers five 10-minute workouts. The instructor is very matter-of-fact and clear in her direction, and I felt like I'd gotten a fair amount of exercise after just 10 minutes. She does move right along, so it took me a couple of times to keep up with her, but even the first time I didn't feel overwhelmed or left behind. I'm glad I bought this.
I love the DVD and the fact it came to me on time & in excellent condition. Thank You! The DVD comes in handy not only for the regular excersizer, but for new beginners as well. 10 minutes gives you a chance to make changes from sedentary to active without all the hassle of keeping up with regular excersize videos.
This DVD allows you to change your exercise plan on a daily basis. It also allows for you to create a customized workout if you have more than just 10 minutes. Great for people who do not have alot a time to exercise.
